Leveler is developed by jatlaoui and operated by Ayoub Jatlaoui in Italy. For help with sign-in, saved progress, privacy, or account deletion, email support@leveler.pro.

Include your device type, app version, and a description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or private journal entries.

Leveler is for people aged 16 or older. For questions about your rights or an account you cannot access, contact us without sending passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents.

Account deletion

Open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account email address with the subject “Delete my Leveler account.” Support verifies control of the email held on the account using a short-lived deletion-request challenge before any administrative deletion. This challenge cannot sign you in.

Purchases

If your Android version offers subscriptions, purchases and cancellation are managed through Google Play. Deleting the app or your Leveler account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
